ABOUT FAKHER

Saïda Fakher is a Moroccan-Dutch actress, writer, and executive producer based in Los Angeles. Trilingual, she trained at the Dutch Academy of Performing Arts and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she was selected for the Academy's Women's History Month roundtable alongside Jessica Pimentel of Orange Is the New Black.

In the feature film Zwijgrecht, which opened at #1 at the Dutch box office in October 2025, she portrays an international cartel boss — a role that writer-director Jelle Posthuma created for her specifically. 

She previously led Swipe (#tagged), winner of the Rose d'Or, Webby Award, and Japan Prize, and is set to appear in Disinformation, directed by James McTeigue (V for Vendetta), alongside Jason Clarke.
